Full color 9 3/4″ x 13 1/2″ ad for Seagram’s V.O. Canadian Whisky. The ad has a picture of a tailor shop where they combine business with pleasure. In this place there are two men and a woman all dressed very nicely. The pleasure concept is that they are serving “Custom Tailor’s Custom” in which they are all drinking Seagram’s Canadian Whisky. The text calls it “Afternoon refreshment! Nothing elaborate. Just cool water and Seagram’s V.O.. Why V.O.? Because this tailor has discovered that most of his customers like it best. Only V.O. combines a lightness of body with brilliance of flavor. Making it completely pleasing to the taste. So don’t wait for your next cutaway to try V.O.. This world’s greatest whisky is a comfortable drink to sip at home – in your tweeds”.
