The text insists that there is “No Diet Complete Without Whole Grain” and mentions that the Instant Ralston Needs No Cooking and the Ralston Whole Wheat Cereal Cooks in 5 Minutes. The ad offers 10 Free Recipes available by writing Ralston but gives a recipe for Mock Scrapple as an example.
