It takes place in the out of doors on a small plain with a fast moving river falling in the background. A bear cub is checking out a fish that he may have caught or just appeared in the grass for him to eat. But his attention has been attracted to a large wolf that is walking out of the brush. This was during World War II and there was a lot of “need” when it got around to food. The ad talks about the times of “full and plenty” and how this is not such a time. It says that there is “a scarcity of needed things and a vital reason for rationing”. They talk about the shortage of alcohol products due to the reduced amount of alcohol that has been devoted to liquid refreshments.
