Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for their Vegetable Soup. There is a picture of a smiling lady who seems to have just arrived home from grocery shopping. She is standing by a set of interior stairs still wearing her overcoat and a hat that was certainly in style then and holding a bag of groceries with several cans of Campbell’s Soup peeking over the top. The headline has her thinking “Whew! Did I Marry an Appetite!”. The text has her describing him as “pretty swell” but able to be quite a problem come meal-time. But she has discovered that he, like most other men, “goes for a fine, hearty dish like Campbell’s Vegetable Soup“. The text continues by mentioning several of the tasty and healthy ingredients and shows a bowl of this soup waiting for her man to dig in.
