Description
1964 Mercedes-Benz 220 SE Sedan – Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad that urges you to purchase a new Mercedes-Benz in Europe to take advantage of their “low factory price”. The ad has a picture of a Light-Colored Mercedes-Benz 220 SE Sedan parked on Austria’s Grossglockner Drive with skis strapped to the top. There are at least five people observing the scenery and either preparing to ski or to go home from skiing. This photo seems to be taken from the front seat of another Mercedes because the hood ornament of the unseen car is in the picture. The headline says “Going to Europe?” and the text of the ad gives a special feel to being able to drive around Europe in a new Mercedes-Benz.
