VW Bug – Black and white 9″ x 12 1/2″ ad with the message that many plain people have used over the years, Ugly is only skin-deep. Pictured is a dark Bug, sitting and looking at us with those words throwing a challenge. After stating that “It may not be much to look at” before going on to list and explain many of the reasons that this car is much better and more practical than other cars available at this time.
