Description
Oldsmobile – Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad that made it seem like you would endanger your family and your reputation if you bought anything else beside an Oldsmobile. There is a picture of a Red 98 4-door Sedan being driven on a rainy day by a man who is pulling up to the curb as he looks at an attractive young lady wearing a raincoat and boots who is walking unafraid in the rain. The phrases shown in the ad are that “It’s Smart to own an Olds“ and that “It’s Smart to go automatic…”. The text discusses how good the Oldsmobile is, “rain or shine”, and talks about the new GM Hydra-Matic Drive.
