Full color 10″ x 14″ ad for the fact that “Now’s the time for Jell-O“. There is a cartoon of a dinner table occupied by a man and his wife. The man, dressed in his suit, has the newspaper spread out in front of him with the headline on the back saying “Cost of living rises! Prices jump again!”. The wife, sitting across from him, is staring at the message while holding a cup of coffee in her hand. The text talks about how “Jell-O sure is a budget-blessing these days”. It then talks about how, for mere pennies per portion, you can serve your family a “really swell Jell-O gelatin dessert”.
