Description

Heinz Ad 1964Full Color 10″ x 13″ ad that introduces the “One flavor more families shake on”, and it must be Heinz Ketchup. The picture at the top is a time exposure showing a bottle lying on it’s side, tilted just a little and then just a little bit more but that is enough to get the Ketchup flowing. There are six pictures underneath showing ways to serve Ketchup. The first picture is on a barbecue with three pieces of meat. They say that people may disagree on how to cook meat but not about the best ketchup. The second picture shows two plates with fried eggs. One plate has the eggs not turned over and the other shows what they look when they are turned. Both have a small pile of Ketchup next to them. The third picture shows a man eating French fries as he finds that ketchup is “too rich and thick to run or hide”. The fourth picture shows an elderly lady pouring Heinz which is considered to be the best since 1876. The fifth picture shows a cooking pot with Heinz being added to the pot and the first sentence says that “Cooks like to cook with it”. The sixth picture shows the newest bottle of it, the Heinz big Family Size bottle, which is bigger and lasts longer.
