Description
1980 Vespa – Full color 7 1/2″ x 10 1/4″ ad with a small photo of a red scooter being ridden by a man and his girl friend and a larger photo of color streaks from a photo that was not fast enough to catch the scooter. The ad headline asks the question “Wow. What was that?”. Reading the ad tells us that “There have been more than 6 million Vespa scooters and 2 million Vespa mopeds sold around the world, with good reason“. It mentions too that “It’s all in a machine that wiggles in and out of traffic while delivering between 70 and 140 mpg“.
