Description
Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for their Vodka and for the new drink that is out of this world, the Smirnoff Skyball. The ad has a picture of space where, floating above the earth are a well-dressed couple, each holding a drink as they hold hands while an empty space suit and a not-so-empty bottle of Smirnoff float behind them. The ad headline introduces “The bold new tonic drink…Smirnoff Skyball. Crisp – Clean – Cold – nothing on earth more delicious”. Instructions are given in this ad to pour Smirnoff on-the-rocks, add tonic and lime (if you wish). Smirnoff had several ads such as this one with different couples floating unharmed through space.
