Schlitz Ad March 1966Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for yet another thing you can do with their Malt Liquor. The ad has a picture of a pair of male hands twisting a lemon peel over a glass filled with Schlitz Malt Liquor and ice cubes. The ad headline asks “How’s this for a new twist?” and the ad talks about a great new taste. It also says that “This frisky new drink commands plenty of respect despite the ice cubes”. The ad also shows a bull next to a can of Malt Liquor and tells us to “Look for the bull: bold new symbol of the bold new drink – the premium malt liquor”.
