Sitting in the back seat with a look of joy on his face is his horse and he has raised his one hoof, probably trying to get him to go faster. The headline urges you to “Go with Phillips 66..the gasoline that won the West!” and the text talks about you getting “more gallop-per-gallon” and mentions that “our stations are equipped to vacuum your car free”.
