Pepsi Ad March 1960Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad that starts with “The Sociables prefer Pepsi and the ad has a drawing of a stable where a horse, trainer and a Dalmatian watch two couples in riding outfits hold open bottles of Pepsi and private conversations. The text, referring to Pepsi-Cola, makes claims like “their friendliness makes them welcome” and “their presence adds to the fun”. It then says that “Their choice in refreshment is the same as yours, Pepsi-Cola. It refreshes without filling. You’re on of The Sociables. Have a Pepsi anywhere – at play, at home or at your favorite soda fountain”. It urges you to “Be Sociable, Have a Pepsi and reminds you that having one will allow you to “Refresh without filling”.
