The text claims that this product had been developed “Before the first bombs dropped on Pearl Harbor” and indicates that you do not add this to the water already in your cooling system, you replace the water with this product. The price was only $1.50 per gallon and it came in a wide-mouth glass container to make storing the remainder easier.
