Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad for “Pre-Cooked Minute Rice“ which they claim is the “Perfect Rice Without Cooking”. It says that all you have to do is “Just add to boiling water for perfect rice every time”. There is an example of a meal with rice along with several other items and the rice is taking up half the plate and it does look good. It says that with this product there is “No washing! No rinsing! No draining! No steaming!” which pretty much takes away all the difficulties with rice. There is, at the bottom of the page, a recipe for a “Swell Summer Meal – Without Sweltering! Minute Rice with Smoked Tongue”. I don’t know about you but that does not sound good to me.
