Description
1946 Tractors – Three color 7 1/2″ x 10 1/2″ ad for the reliability that has made John Deere popular and the New Models that will be coming out this year. There is a drawing of a man with a John Deere parked behind him leaning on his wire fence and talking to his envious neighbor, an exchange that the ad calls “Across the Fence”. The ad text talks about the “wartime operation” of these tractors which has further reinforced their reputation and made them more desirable. It mentions six power sizes with five of them shown below. Shown are the Model “A”, the Model “GM”, the Model “H”, the Model “B”, and the Model “D” with mention made of the Model “L” and “LA” at the very bottom.
