Description
Black and white 9 3/4″ x 14″ ad for Imperial Blended Whiskey from Hiram Walker. This is a very simple ad, showing a man in a suit with his raincoat folded over his arm, with his briefcase sitting beside him on the floor, reading the Wall Street Journal as he looks over his shoulder at the bartender who is pouring him a drink, from a bottle of Imperial, just to make sure everything is going well. The ad tells us that “Knowledgeable people say Imperial – and they say it every time”.
