Description
Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for the kind of Tomatoes that go into Hunt’s Tomato Catsup. There is a picture of three different size and quality tomatoes with the smallest on the left and the largest on the right. In front of the smallest tomato are the words “For good catsup”, the words “For better catsup” in front of the bigger tomato and in front of the biggest tomato are the words “For Hunt’s catsup” while a full bottle stands behind to accentuate the point. The text claims there are “About two pounds of fine, fat ones in every 14-ounce bottle” and they are ripened for 40 days (and 40 nights) before being simmered with seven spices.
