The ad starts off with the words that “You’re in France the minute you step aboard France-Afloat“ and then steps into a very unique “modern art” kind of picture. Then, at the bottom, it has a drawing of a two-stacked ship and it says to “Enjoy the excitement of Montmarte, the urbane atmosphere of Place Vendome, all the while you travel to England and the Continent on France-Afloat.
