This ad has a bottle of the product perched right there at the top of the page, sun shining behind it, and the words “A totally new taste in whiskey” next to it. The headline of the ad, placed lower in this ad, says “Introducing Four Roses Premium. You’ve got to taste to believe it”. The ad then goes into some Questions and Answers. “Q. What’s so new and great about Four Roses Premium. A. It’s a whiskey with a remarkable taste, noticeably better than any ever created in distilling history. Q. That’s a strong statement. Can you back it up? A. Yes, because there’s something special about the way we make it. Next year new liquor regulations will enable all distillers to offer a new kind of lighter whiskey. But we own the world’s largest inventory of highly prized, superbly aged whiskeys, grain spirits and seasoned barrels. So we can offer a product right now that can’t be equaled a year from now.
