Full color 9 3/4″ x 13 3/4″ ad for Four Roses American Blended Whiskey. This picture shows a peaceful scene where a man and a woman are riding horses alongside the water, both enjoying the day and the ride. The scene has to be seen through an empty, but clean, bottle of Four Roses placed on the sand alongside the edge of the water. Right next to the empty bottle is a drink that may have come from the empty bottle. This glass is labeled “The Great American Spirit. The whiskey that goes with the way we live”. In the top part of the ad it says that “This is the day for The Great American Spirit. When Americans talk over a day to remember, they often talk over the mellow warmth of Four Roses“.
