The headline asks “Tied down by today’s prices? The Good Guys to the rescue with their ‘White Hat’ special” as, to make the point, we see the blonde that graced this series of pictures tied up an lying helpless. The text tries to explain what a “White Hat Special” is and talks about the variety of options that were being offered for Sale prices on most of their models.
