1949 Motor Scooter – Black and white 2 3/4″ x 4 1/4″ ad that emphasizes the Low Cost of owning one of these Motor Scooters. There is a picture of a man in a suit with a hat, looking kind of like Clark Kent, riding along to work. The ad uses term such as “Proved! and Approved!”, “America’s Lowest Cost Transportation” and “Own it! Maintain it! Operate it! All for less than 1 cent a mile”. It promises that you will “Get up to 75 Miles per Gal” and claims that you can go “Everywhere”.
