Full color 10″ x 14″ ad for their supply of “Carnation Evaporated Milk”. The headline calls it “The milk you can use like cream with 1/2 the fat calories”. The ad says that it “Looks like cream, pours like cream, whips like cream – with 1/2 the fat calories”. They then say that “A special method of evaporation slowly removes only water, at low temperature. This low-heat method gives Carnation the consistency of golden country cream. Cream itself couldn’t make things taste richer”. They say to use Carnation like cream for cheese sauce in 3-minutes in the recipe included in the ad.
