Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad for Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup shows a young boy working on a big bowl of this soup as the question is asked, “Have you had your soup today?”. This boy is sitting in a chair with a white shirt and a big smile as he holds his spoon up for approval. The ad text says that you should “Have a bowlful of sunny contentment – Campbell’s Chicken Noodle Soup. Steaming…with delicate fragrant broth. Delicious…with tender chicken bites. Golden…with enriched egg noodles – the kind that melt in your mouth. Everybody loves soup. And Campbell‘s is quick – 4 minutes. Thrifty – 7 cents a bowl. How easy to have the happy habit – once a day…every day – SOUP!”. Next to the soup can in the lower left side it says “M’m! Good! Nourishing good every time…cause it’s Campbell‘s”.
