Description

Buick LeSabre Convertible Ad 1965Buick LeSabre 400 Convertible – Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad with several pictures of a Light-Green Convertible with the top down. There is a large picture of car, shown at an angle, with a lady leaning on the driver’s side fender. At the bottom of the ad is a picture, from the side, of this same car. The ad claims it will teach you “How to buy a Buick. (An easier lesson than you might expect.)”. The text warms us up with talk about the Interiors “with their rich fabrics and vinyls” then seals the deal with the mention of the 250-hp Wildcat V-8 and their Feather-Smooth Super Turbine automatic. As a measure of showing off it urges you to “plot your test route past your house and watch your neighbors eat their hearts out”.
