Description

BSA Ad 1967Black and white 5″ x 5 1/4″ ad for the Next Step Up in Motorcycles. There is a picture of a happy couple wearing light-colored jackets and helmets with no face shields on the road riding a BSA 650. The headline urges you to “Advance to Powerful motorcycling!” . The text talks about these bikes able to be handled with the ease of a lightweight yet being able to power the driver and a passenger up hills without the need to downshift. It promises to be able to “cruise all day at maximum highway limits” and to have “big power in reserve for safety in traffic”. The ad gives the addresses of the East and West coast distributors and urges everyone to write in for details or illustrations.
