There is a large photo of the smiling crooner wearing a polka-dot bow-tie and the text talks about “Philco Radio Time” presenting “radio’s greatest singing personality” every Wednesday at 10:00 in the east and 9:00 in the west. Philco identifies itself as the “world’s largest radio manufacturer” that is sponsoring Bing Crosby over the ABC Network.
