Description
1967 Simca – Black and white 10″ x 14″ ad that has a picture of a mother holding a shopping bag and her two children standing behind a Simca that is supposed to be theirs. The ad headline says that this car is “Warranted for 5 years or 50,000 miles of milk runs, PTA and music lessons”. The text mentions that the kind of driving done by a mother “is the hardest there is on a car”. But a Simca handles this kind of driving because it is backed by an engine and drive train warranty good for 5 years or 50,000 miles. The car only costs $1639 which, when you filter in the 52 hp, sounds kind of high.
