Description
Full color 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad for the Whisky that is “First among fine whiskies”. The ad photo is somewhat simple, there is a large picture frame hanging on the wall with three white feathers attached to the front of it so whatever is drawn on it, is unable to be seen. There is a small table in front of that with a bottle of Three Feathers Reserve on it along with a filled glass and a statue of a white and black ostrich. Humph. Being wartime there is a blue note attached to the ad saying that their distilleries are now producing alcohol for war use. No whiskey has been made since October 1942. They claim that the base whiskies that are now being served were made from their ever-diminishing inventories.
