Description

Kraft Ad 1951Full color 5″ x 14″ ad for Kraft Cheese Spreads. The ad has a cartoon at the top showing a young girl talking on the telephone at the bottom of the stairs and yelling to her mother “Hey Mom! The gang’s coming over to cram for the exam!”. The text then says, “You know what that means! After all that strenuous studying there’ll be a raid on the refrigerator. You’ll be smart if you have a few glasses of Kraft Cheese Spreads ready and waiting. Kraft Spreads are so wholesome…so much finer in flavor that they’re far and away America’s favorite cheese spreads. Get several varieties the next time you shop. For snacks and sandwiches – they’re super!”. At the bottom of the ad it says that “You’ll rate 100-A plus if you have plenty of Kraft Cheese Spreads on hand for snacks”. In the caption it says that there were Nine Delicious Varieties. They were Kraft Pimento, Olive-Pimento, Relish, Pineapple, Cheese-And-Bacon, Limburger Flavor, Roka, Old English and Smokelle.
