Description
Full color 10″ x 13 1/2″ ad that advertises Campbell’s Tomato Soup and “The famous flavor wrapped in red”. This ad has a six-frame short-story and the rest of the ad is a photo of larger-than-life tomatoes. The first picture shows one of the famous Campbell scientists working on making the tomato right. The second shows how it will take three years to do a tomato crop correctly. The third picture shows how the selected seeds are planted in the South and when the seedlings have grown from six to nine inches, they are taken and shipped by truck up North. The fourth picture shows the full tomatoes that are grown and shipped to their kitchens. The fifth picture shows the tomatoes in the kitchen and the judgement that goes on between all of them. The sixth and final picture shows two happy scientists peering into a giant bowl full of whatever it is they are making.
