Full color 9 1/2″ x 13″ ad that advertises Borden’s Starlac. The picture in this ad shows a table with a glass of milk, with an insignia of Starlac – The heart of milk” on it, a statue of Elsie the Cow standing next to the milk and a platter of Salmon, sliced into strips and with lemon slices on top of it. The headline identifies this as “Simple Salmon Supper with Starlac – the heart of milk”. There is a recipe shown for Starlac Salmon Loaf”, which does actually include using the Starlac powder and then the few words in the ad. Borden’s Starlac brings you all the nutritive elements of milk, with only the water and fat removed. It brings you the heart of milk – the B vitamins, proteins and minerals of milk to build strong and healthy bodies. Starlac, the heart of milk, tastes wonderful!
