Full color 9″ x 11 1/2″ ad for some of their healthful products. There is another conversation taking place between an efficient Elsie and an angry Elmer in this ad. Elsie is saying in the headline “Who says you can’t get lots of variety in meatless meals?” and Elmer responds “I say so”. Elsie insists that it is more than possible and the items pictured in the ad and the recipes printed on the page show how easy it is. Shown on the ad are their Cottage Cheese (with a recipe for Hearty Lenten Salad), their Chateau Cheese (with a recipe for Easy Chateau Cheese Sauce) and their Instant Coffee with a description about how good it really tastes. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
