Description
Full color 10″ x 13 1/2″ ad that is for the IH Cub Cadets for ’66 and says that the “Cadet is for keeps”. The ad has a photo of a man driving one of these up a hill through grass that looks like it was almost a foot long. Most of the grass has been cut so it indicates that it will handle a difficult job. The ad describes the Cub Cadet as being “built like a tank and handles like a sports car”. It offers Economy or Deluxe models and offers to handle bristling rough or showcase lawns. Additionally they were available as 7, 10 or 12 hp and claims that they are all 100 lbs stronger than most others. They claim that a 5-year old Cadet is still worth up to 2/3 their original price.
