Black and white 2 1/2″ x 6″ wartime ad for their Brassieres. As an indication of what was important at that difficult time in the life of the world the opening headline of this ad declares that “For ‘Length of Service’ you can always depend on Brassieres by Maiden Form“. The text indicates that there is not a steady stream of this product coming to your local store and it asks you, “Don’t be discouraged” because “Dealers receive regular shipments, so try again”. There is a picture of a smiling brunette wearing a Maiden Form and, like every other ad during this time, it urges you to “Buy U.S. War Bonds”.
