1946 Whizzer – Black and white 5 1/4″ x 6 1/2″ ad that tells you how to make this Christmas different for your young man. There is a picture of a young man proudly riding his bicycle that, by the addition of a Whizzer Bike Motor, has been transported into something special. According to the ad text, it has become transportation. The text talks about the range of gas mileage you will get and how proud you will be to get 125 miles on a gallon of gas. It claims to not interfere with the riding qualities of your bicycle or with the ability to pedal if you miscalculate how far you really had to go. The factory price listed is $97.55 and the ad makes the claim that “Ride one and you’ll buy one”.
