Description
Full color 10″ x 14″ ad for their Scotch Whiskies. The ad has a large picture of the sign post in front of The White Horse where a coach with two men on top with a third man blowing a horn at the rear of the top stir their horses into action and begin their trip. The ad headline says “Eight days to London! The stirrup cup was White Horse, of course” and the text explains that the White Horse Inn was the departure point for the Edinburgh to London stagecoach, an eight day journey. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
