Full color 9 3/4″ x 13 1/2″ ad for the Wesson Mayonnaise. The headline says that you should “Try the new mayonnaise with the tasty snap of apple cider vinegar!” and, pictured in the ad, is a full bottle of this product standing next to a sandwich and having a full apple sitting on top of it with an arrow shot right through it. The ad asks “Why didn’t somebody think of it sooner? A tastier mayonnaise! Wesson makes it tastier with the snap of apple cider vinegar. And Wesson makes it better – with only the yolks of eggs – and Wesson’s own pure vegetable oil. Look for Wesson. The tastier mayonnaise. It makes all the others seem bland and boring!”.
