Description

Black and white 5″ x 13 1/2″ ad that is for Vaseline Hair Tonic. In this ad we see, at the top of the page, a well-dressed man looking off to the side and the headline says “To have plenty of Good Healthy Hair”. In the second ad the picture shows him working on his hair, with a smile on his face, as the text says this. “Do This every week. Rub plenty of Vaseline Hair Tonic into the scalp before every shampoo. Just as exercise stimulates and tones the rest of the body these tonic treatments speed up circulation that feeds the hair roots…loosen tight scalp muscles…help new hairs along. Vasoline Hair Tonic relieves itching scalp…tends to prevent annoying dandruff”. The third picture shows a smiling man as he is brushing his hair and the text says to “Do This every day. Brush a few drops of Vasoline Hair Tonic on the hair before grooming…it keeps stubborn hair neat and in place…supplements the natural scalp oils…corrects dryness. Summer sun is especially hard on the hair…use Vasoline Hair Tonic regularly and keep it healthy”.
