Full color 9 3/4″ x 13 1/2″ ad that is for True Regular and Menthol Cigarettes. This ad has the blue pack (Regular) at the top of the ad and it is showing that it says “Latest U.S. Government Tests: 12 mgs. Tar, 0.6 mgs. Nicotine” and, below this, it has the headline that says that “True has nothing to hide”. It then says that “True, regular and menthol puts its tar and nicotine numbers right on the front of the pack. Latest U.S. Government tests show, True is lowest in both tar and nicotine of the 20 best-selling brands. Lower, in fact, than 99% of all other cigarettes sold”. Amazing, isn’t it. Then we have the last line in this ad, “Think about it. Doesn’t it all add up to True“.
