Black and white 7 3/4″ x 10 3/4″ ad for some of their products. The headline says “When it’s ‘Trick or Treat Time’ send them away happy with Tootsie Rolls. America’s Favorite Candy” next to a drawing of three kids in costumes breaking into their candy while a witch flies behind them over a black cat arching it’s back. The ad shows a Tootsie Roll, an individual Tootsie Pop and a Party-Pak of Tootsie Pops.
