Description
Black and white 9 1/2″ x 13 1/2″ ad where one American icon, James Stewart, played the part of another, Charles Lindbergh. This is an ad for the movie that came from Lindbergh’s own book detailing the first successful plane crossing of the Atlantic Ocean. The ad lists many of the popular activities of the roaring ’20s and says that from these “came a shy lanky guy called ‘Lucky Lindy'”. There is a picture from the movie of a serious-looking Stewart standing next to a woman.
