Description

Suzuki Motorcycle Ad April 1968Black and white 7 3/4″ x 11″ ad that talks about the Sport Cycle that everybody but Suzuki thought couldn’t be made. The ad has a picture of this bike parked with an attractive lady in black pants, black tight sweater and a black hat sprawled out on the seat looking at the reader with a confident glare. The text explains this is the world’s first 500cc Dual-Stroke and runs off some of the performance times and speeds that it feels comfortable to run at. It reminds us that these are times and speeds that “most 750cc bikes can’t muster”. There is more than just the engine to talk about with this bike and they continue by doing just that. It also mentions the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty and says there is nothing left to do but solo it and find out for yourself.  1968 Suzuki 500/Five
