Description
Full color 10″ x 13 1/2″ ad that is an interesting thought about Smirnoff Vodka. The photo shows a man crawling through the unmarked sands of the desert and as he is about to reach the top of another dune he sees the world’s largest Martini glass off in the distance. It is filled to the top with, well, it must be Smirnoff and he reaches his hand out for it. The headline asks; “Is it for real?”. The ad text tells us that “The wondrously dry Smirnoff Martini is no mirage. Try one. Compare it. At any proportion you like, Smirnoff makes a dryer Martini than gin. The reason is simple. Smirnoff itself is the driest of liquors because it’s filtered through 14,000 pounds of activated charcoal. That’s what makes the wonderous difference in your Martini. Really!“. The last line of the ad says it all, “Always ask for Smirnoff Vodka. It leaves you breathless”.
