Description
Full color 9 1/2″ x 12 1/2″ ad for their 80 and 100 Proof Vodka. The ad has a picture of a lady sitting on a table that she is sharing with a bottle of Smirnoff Vodka and six different glasses that probably contain different mixed drinks made with Smirnoff. The lady is wearing a space suit with the helmet removed and she is asking the readers, “Haven’t tried Smirnoff? Where in the world have you been?”. Looking closely at the lady you will notice, behind her styled red hair, a pair of what were called rabbit ear antennas which would indicate that she is a member of the population of another planet. If I remember correctly this was about the time of the television show My Favorite Martian where Ray Walston starred sporting antennas like this that were retractable.
