The headline brags that “Fashion pins a medal on Styl-eez, the only shoes awarded 1951’s Fashion Academy Gold Medal” and, next to a picture of a lady’s legs wearing a pair of Adonis shoes you can see what this medal actually looked like. In addition to this shoe are examples of the Judy, the Diva, the Uptown, the Spray, the Cathie and the Elly. The prices for these shoes ran from $9.95 to $13.95 and the ad challenges you to “Compare and you’ll wear Styl-eez“. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
