Description

Schlitz Ad September 1966Full color 10″ x 13″ ad has a photo of a bar scene with a young lady in the forefront with a disbelieving look on her face as she considers her empty glass. Thinking about the guy next to her she wonders “Should I tell him, or let him find out for himself”. To paraphrase their slogan of “When you’re out of Schlitz, you’re out of beer” she is really thinking “When I’m out of Schlitz, you’re out of luck”. This ad is larger than my scanner bed so the outer edges of the ad will not be visible in the scanned view.
