Three color 5″ x 13 1/2″ ad for Ron Merito Puerto Rican Mountain Rum. This ad starts off with the words “Muchas Gracias!” and then says “Many thanks for the nice things being said about the mountain distilled rum!”. There is a drawing of a Mexican man bowing after taking his sombrero off with his donkey lying down behind him. The ad then says that “Mountain flavor” – that’s what wins the vivas for Merito, the better rum distilled high in the mountains of Puerto Rico! Delighted people everywhere applaud the superior taste, smoothness and mixing qualities. Remember – the better the rum, the better the drink. Better ask for Ron Merito“.
